With Ennov5 Process, no IT skill is required to model your own workflow through a graphical drag-and-drop interface: you select steps, add transitions, specify people responsible for each step and deadlines and associate your newly created workflow to a customized form. For instance, a request for training will no longer reach Human Resources without previous adequate hierarchical validation, and no customer claim will ever remain without answer for months either.
The form linked to the workflow, enables to record and store the necessary information at each step of the process and present it to each actor who is in charge of a task, as the contextual information he/she needs. When a task has been validated it means it has been accomplished, which generates a notification to the person in charge of the next step: no time lost and no oversight of important tasks.
