Outlook Email Connector
The Outlook* Connector for Ennov5 allows you to register your emails from your email box directly into Ennov5 Doc. Emails are secured and can be shared with authorized users.
When registering an email the Ennov5 Outlook* connector automatically sends to the appropriate fields of the Ennov5 Doc id form information about sender, recipients, ccs, date, subject, content and attached documents. Batch features allows grouped sending of several emails to Ennov5 Doc automatically. In addition end users can configure Ennov5 Doc to ease categorization of emails through additional information, such as customer, project or dossier.
The beauty of the Outlook* connector for Ennov5 is to provide organizations with an easy way to secure, track and master distribution of important emails, without overloading email servers and wasting disk space.

The Ennov5 Outlook* Connector works with Outlook* versions 2000, XP, 2003, and 2007. It supports all types of emails no matter what their format is. It is based on a reusable WebServices technology. Installing Outlook* Connector will not change the users? outlook settings or change the way outlook functions. Several connections profiles can be managed in parallel to import emails in several Ennov5 Doc databases. Profile definition can be easily, automatically and remotely managed by system administrators.
