Mail Management With Ennov: The Example Of ANPE

ANPE is the French employment agency. In 2006, it managed 3.5 million job offers proposed by 531 000 companies.

Every year, ANPE communicates several times with 2 million people at least in order to provide efficient follow-up and support of their job research.


ANPE then needed a system accessible to all employees including the following features:

  • Creation of outgoing mails based on templates
  • Mandatory validation workflow
  • Automatic assistance to create a new mail (selection of the template, of the signatories and recipients from a database)
  • Batch generation of mails in PDF format
  • View of the to do list for each employee (mails to be processed /mails already processed)
  • Monitoring tools and indicators at local, regional and national level (by type of services, by branch, etc.)




Following an RFP, ANPE selected Steria to conduct the implementation project. The solution proposed by Steria relies on Ennov5 Process for the management of outgoing mail. The project was initiated at the end of 2005.

The key strategic benefits in the solution are:

  • The ability to view information from any branch / office of ANPE
  • The definition of standard templates that enables to reduce costs and delays when updating the mails
  • The archival of all mail sent and make statistics.
