Ennov holds in Paris its first Users Group dedicated to Healthcare institutions.
For the last nine years, Ennov has been organizing a Users Group dedicated to company customers. Because they were more and more numerous, the customers of the health care sector have wished to have their own group for constructive debate. To this end, Ennov created the Healthcare Users Group.
Certification is a major stake in the healthcare policy today. This first Healthcare Users Group presented an opportunity to assess the solutions Ennov offers in this domain.
The morning included :
- A presentation of Ennov methodology for project leading in hospitals and nursing homes.
- A testimony by Pierre-Joël Tachoires (Quality Engineer/Risk Management) about his experience at the Fréjus-St Raphael research hospital.
- A testimony by Julien Delonca (Quality Engineer/Risk Management) about organizing risk management at the research hospital of Lagny-Marne-la-Vallée (77) and how his approach evolved.
In the afternoon, the audience took part in two successive workshops on professional best practices evolution and on how to handle surveys.
With the selection of Ennov solutions by more hospitals and nursing homes since then, participants to the Healthcare Users Group are expected to be more numerous in 2007.
