Ennov organizes the ninth edition of Ennov Users Group France in Paris.
More than half of the audience confirm they have been Ennov customers for more than 5 years.
Ennov has organized its usual yearly Users meeting to give its French customers the latest news about its software suite and to let them exchange views about their experience and their concrete results. That event is also an opportunity to participate in the specification of the future features of the various modules.
After the presentation of 2006 highlights and of 2007 perspectives, the morning went on with two testimonies of customers who had particularly interesting projects:
- "EDMS V5 Migration : A Document Re-engineering Opportunity" : Michèle Champagne - Technical Direction - Veolia Water Systems - explained how the migration to Ennov5 had turned into an opportunity for the impacted departments to reflect on the contents of their CMS, its use, the document categorization and on the definition of a new production process for the doc set.
- "Non-Conformance and Action Plan Management at Sidel" : Thierry David, the project leader, presented Sidel's approach to define and formalize a number of common processes. These processes include the management of internal and external non-conformances as well as the management of action plans. This project is outstanding because of the worldwide deployment of Ennov5 Process within the various divisions of Sidel Group.
In the afternoon, the group scattered in different workshops. Two of those workshops allowed participants to contribute to the specifications of the future version 6 of Doc and Process. Other workshops were about "Ennov5 Dossier", and the latest releases "Ennov5 Reporting" and "Ennov for Documentum".
A large number of Ennov clients were present. The satisfaction survey shows that this event met their expectations: 85% of them plan on participating again next year. Half the audience confirm they have been Ennov customers for more than 5 years.
